さて、当研究科におきましては、このたび教授１～２名を下記の通り公募いたします。つきましては、関係各位にご周知いただきますとともに、適任者がおられましたら、ご推薦いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

１. 募集内容：教授１～２名 （募集要項）

２. 所属：大学院生命科学研究科　生命機能科学専攻

３. 専門分野など：
東北大学大学院生命科学研究科では神経科学の領域における研究・教育を目的とした新分野を立ち上げるにあたり、当該分野を担当する教員を公募します。認知、記憶、行動など、脳の高次機能の研究において、これまでに顕著な研究業績を有し、既存分野と連携しながら、先導的な研究の展開に意欲を持つとともに、本研究科の教育活動に意欲的に取り組まれる方。なお、本学理学部生物学科の講義、実習を担当していただく場合があります。


４. 着任予定時期：２０１７年４月１日以降のなるべく早い時期


５. 提出書類（A４判で横書き）およびCD-ROM：
  1. 履歴書
  2. 研究業績リスト（原著論文、総説、著書などに分けて記載）
  3. 論文別刷またはコピー10編以内。うち主要論文5編については、その研究内容を解説した文書（5編合わせて1000字程度）を添えて下さい。
  4. これまでの研究内容（1500字程度）
  5. 着任後の研究・教育計画と抱負
  6. 過去10年程度の研究費採択状況
  7. 応募者について問い合わせのできる方の氏名と連絡先（２名以上）
  8. その他、受賞、招待講演、シンポジウム等の主催、学術雑誌の編集委員、学会役員など、参考となるもの
  9. 上記（１）～（８）の内容をPDFファイルとして保存したCD-ROMを同時に提出して下さい。

3. Research field:NEUROSCIENCE
Applicants should have achieved a record of distinction in a discipline ofhigh-order brain functions, such as cognition, memory and behavior, withvarious advanced methods. The area of research is open, but applicants shoulddemonstrate the potential to develop innovative and programmatic research andobtain extramural support in their area of interest. Applicants should be ableto teach undergraduate and graduate lecture/laboratory courses in Neuroscienceand supervise graduate and undergraduate research.Ofparticular relevance to this search are the extensive opportunities forinteraction with faculty members of other laboratories in the graduate school.See details at

  1.  Curriculumvitae
  2.  List of publications (original papers, reviews, bookchapters in English　and those in other  languages and patents should be separatelylisted).
  3. Ten selected reprints with short descriptions of fivemain papers　(total, 400 words). 
  4. A summary of current researches (600 words).
  5. A statement of research plans and teachinginterests/philosophy (600 words).
  6. Researchgrants in the nearest ten years.
  7. At least two lettersof reference.
  8. Others: Awards, invited presentations, organization ofsymposia,editors of scientific journals, committee members for scientificsocieties,etc.
  9. CD-ROM that contains PDF files for (1) ~ (8) above.
